How Can I Help?

PA Nepal is dependent upon donations from overseas donors, aid and people like you. As we are an independent and privately funded NGO there are many ways that you can help us continue the ongoing management and development of the many programmes in which we are involved. PA Nepal employs a total of eight support staff in the prisons and in the home. We are supported by a committed board of young entrepreneurs, teachers and social workers all of whom share our vision.

So What Can You Do?
Donations
PA Nepal cares for 60 children within our shelter and offers schooling support to over 30 children externally. We offer care for an even greater number of Nepali's in prison, in addition to a number of development programs. To continue these services we need your help. Even one dollar can make the difference to a prisoner or child who has nothing.

Donations can also be make to assist our school (Junkiri), our work in Jhapa and towards the purchase of our new children's home in Saku.

Sponsor a Child

Education and food are things many of us take for granted. However, the children of PA Nepal can only be provided with these necessities through the generosity of others. To sponsor a child costs only 3000 rupees (US$40) per month. This money covers food, care, health, school, clothes and materials. If you are interested in assisting these children then please contact us.

Volunteers
What better way to give then to give some of the most precious thing we have, time! PA Nepal takes volunteers from all over the globe, every day of the year, for whatever period you can give. Helping the children to grow and working with prisoners are just some of the possibilities awaiting you should you decide to join up.
